For brows, you may fill in your eyebrows as you normally would to share your desired outcome and ideal shape or color. If you regularly get your eyebrows waxed or threaded, please do so 72 hours before your service. In fact waiting as long as possible to tweeze, thread, wax or modify your eyebrows will help your brow expert to create a brow design that blends in with your natural hair growth.
For eyeliner appointments please show up free of all eye makeup. If you need to show the thickness or design you are seeking, please take a picture and bring that picture with you.
Contact lenses will need to be removed prior to starting permanent eyeliner.
We ask clients to avoid any blood thinning medications for a minimum of 72 hours prior to appointment. This includes Vitamin E, Aspirin, Niacin, fish oil supplements, and Ibuprofen.
No alcohol or caffeinated drinks 24 hours prior to your appointment.
No Botox, fillers, chemical peel or facials within 2 weeks of your appointment.
It is highly advised that you avoid sun and tanning bed exposure for 7 days before and after your treatment. If you show up for your appointment with a recent sunburn, you will be asked to reschedule. Excessive sun exposure before and/or after your treatment may cause the eyebrows to fade into a lighter ashy hue.
If you have previous eyebrow microblading or tattoo shading, please text a photo for approval prior to scheduling a service. Text Kelli at 903.705.5610 with a clear photo of your eyebrows without makeup on them along with full name.
Out of courtesy to our clients and staff, if you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request a 48-hour notice.
Clients who do not honor their appointments or cancel with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a $100 non-refundable deposit to reschedule. Deposit will be credited to your appointment cost on day of service..
