Meet Kelli Potts - Owner, Permanent Cosmetic Artist
Owner of Arch Permanent Cosmetics. 5 time certified permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation artist.
I began my permanent makeup journey when I made the decision to get my own eyebrows microbladed. It changed me y’all! From that moment I was dead set that I was going to become a permanent makeup artist and I was going to succeed.
Started my training in Dallas for microblading and machine brow shading and started this career in a salon in Mineola, Texas. From the beginning I LOVED it! The smiles I got to see are what made me love it! I was able to give ladies something they didn’t have. Brows, but so much more than that, confidence!
I then started training for permanent eyeliner and lip blushing in Dallas as well. Both by demand of my lovely clients.
Sadly, after several run ins with permanent makeup gone wrong by other artists, I became a certified Lift saline removal artist. Lasers damage the face, they destroy hair follicles; not ideal for faces at all. Now I am able to remove just about any permanent makeup, and even tattoos. Most importantly, with my extensive color theory training, I can correct this mishaps after removal sessions so that there’s a happy ending to a long journey of botched permanent makeup for these clients.
After much research, I then headed to Houston to train on scalp micropigmentation. By far the most rewarding of anything I’ve done yet. To be able to give men and women the appearance of hair that they haven’t had in decades; no words.
But at the end of the day, I’m just a wife, mommy to three BEAUTIFUL babies and a small business owner. Doing what I ABSOLUTELY ADORE!

Meet Morgan Winkler - Permanent Cosmetic Artist
Hello! I’m Morgan Winkler! I’m a wife, mama, & permanent makeup artist . When I’m not in the studio I’m at home corralling my favorite tiny humans, Anson & Essie. They are my world and the reason for everything I do! I’ve been married to my husband for 5 wonderful years and we’ve settled in East Texas where I was born and raised.
Permanent makeup had never been on my radar and little did I know the plans God had for me. I had my brows done over a year ago and shortly after, I won a gift card in a random drawing. When I went to have my eyeliner tattooed, Kelli, my mentor/trainer & the owner of Arch Permanent Cosmetics, told me that I would be good at this. I started shadowing her work that day. I started my training shortly after that…and the rest is history! I’ve now got my own room at her studio in Lindale for a short time before I open my own place in Longview, Tx. I’ve been taking on clients for several months now and love every single second of it.

Meet Alex Donnelly, MSN, FNP-C. Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Owner of Alex Donnelly Photography - specializing in the art of women’s empowerment (Boudoir) and certified neurotoxin injector. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 3 years and we have 2 beautiful kids, Emmalyn & Eli who are the light of our lives. I love spending time with my family, learning, building relationships with my patients, and making others feel beautiful! I have learned to inspire women through my boudoir photography experience to feel beautiful through all ages and stages of life and I hope to continue this with the art of neurotoxin injections!
